This charming little structure is based on a real building in Gordonton, NC, and would serve perfectly as a focal point on the rural section of your layout, or as the last wood grocery store on the edge of a larger town or city. The amount of detail cast into the Hydrocal castings included in this kit is truly amazing. The mismatched, sagging and rotted clapboard siding couldn't look more realistic if you had hand-built the building board by board yourself. Included in this kit are beautifully detailed Hydrocal castings, plastic doors and windows, cast metal soda machine and vintage gas pump, full-color signs, Paper Creek rusty corrugated roofing, boxes, crates and clutter, and full-color painting and aging instructions with lots of photos.
